In Holland we have a lot of water .. canals rivers ect,often if a criminal is fleeing in a stolen car the police radio ahead and the next bridge along the road is raised, exits are blocked and the thieves have no where to go.

For years I have used the purfume free waterproof one from the Hema ( sort of Dutch woolworths) it does not irritate, clump together or dry out in a week, it covers my lashes nicely but doesn't make me look like Danny la Rue and as with all thier products its not tested on animals. :-6
