Basically a stuffed pasta Shell. Wifey stuffs with burger sausage Romano cheese mushrooms and spinach.

Tonight I go to the opening of the new Emerson Biggins for a free meal. I know a few people in the food service buis. here in town and I get to go eat free so the new restaurants get a practice night before they open.
