I've found that my body/ hormones have changed every 7 years, or there abouts. It's defo harder to lose it as you get older, but I wonder if it's more change of lifestyle.

I found it easier to diet, when i earned less...... I was really skinny as a student!:wah:

I do a 37 hour week.

I only have to work between 10-4

I have the flexibility to work from home (like today)

I love my job

have previously worked at weekends, but luckily for me, can't ever see that happening again. Hated it.
