I love cookbooks!!! Does anyone else?
I have the Betty Crocker one... the Better Homs and Gardens one, but my very favorites are the ones from the schools and churches that members/staff/families put together with their favorite family recipes..
I have one form the Catholic church here that has a recipe for HASH.. it is called Kelly's Hash and the only thing I didn't have in the pantry was the kitchen bouquet....
ANYONE?

Over the years I have had many cookbooks....I've given them all away bar one....COOKERY IN COLOUR by Marguerite Patten. I bought it just before I got married in 1965....It's well worn, but worth it's weight in gold....which is quite substancial as it's quite a big book !

Cook Books
My favorite cookbook is Homemade bread by the food editors of the Farm Journal.
I found it at a used book store and I've used about a dozen or more recipes in it. Each one is delicious! It was printed in 1969.
I also like the Good Housekeeping Cookbook. The sausage lasagna recipe in it is one of my favorite! I make it about twice a month.
