Your most powerful memory of.......disgust--vomit from some drunk. fear--smoke, as in a home fire. passion--my man. childhood--burning fall leaves. powerful memory --smell of the ocean. those were hard since many things could apply!

Two of my graduating class hired on the police dept in our town in Kansas. Maybe more than that but the two I know about got fired. Not at the same time. One was finding girls who were on probation violating parole and making them go to the woods with him or he would turn them in. One had second thoughts and jumped out of the car and ran to a farmhouse and called the police. But the other got a raw deal in my opinion. He was very strong and tough and in high school he broke some guys bones during wrestling. But while he was on duty on the police force he made a few enemys from arrests and once him and a friend were in a neighboring town in a bar and some guy who he had arrested started a fight with him and he got fired for it. There was also another classmate of mine who became Sheriff a few years after he was out of school. He was shot and killed in the line of duty. This guy was once kicked off our Junior High football team for being too mean. He once gave me the worst ass kicking I ever got.
