This evening it's red meat!!! I only do this about once a week, so I got the best eye fillet steak. The family are coming. Pan fried steak, with little potatoes boiled in their jackets, beetroot salad, sweet corn, mushrooms and broccoli.

I had mushroom with an aubergine(eggplant) and red pepper roast topped with swiss cheese, and potato, and a beetroot and cucumber salad with a horse radish/mayo dressing.

Just using up stuff in the fridge ;)

Steak! I bought loads of it for a fiver at the sunday market, all local, fresh and untampered with. It cooked up a treat on the George Forman, especially with my very own peppercorn sauce!:-6
