Tonight we will be having beef, mushrooms and onions done in the slow cooker with gravy. With mashed potato and peas and carrots:p

I make them with either marinara sauce or gravy. :yh_drool Gravy balls are yummy!! :D :D

You are soooo bad! That's what I'm gonna have for lunch... if I can stomach it now. HAHA!! Actually, my friend said she gave me potato salad & meatballs last night, to bring for lunch, but I don't remember her having given it to me! omg how do u get the meatballs to stay on the sarnie and do u have sauce ooozing everywhere???

We had spaghetti bolognese tonight with hash browns on the side and a slab of victoria spnge cake for afters:p

After last night with the overcooked pork chops. Just not a good pork chop maker:wah: They were dried out.

I'm making pork tenrdloin for Sunday's dinner, I just bake that in the oven for awhile. It stays pretty moist.

That I can do, easy. But as for the chops, they always end up drying out. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe lower heat, longer cooking time.

I am not the best of cooks, so that is my guess. I miss having my husband do the cooking-and he has to eat mine now!:wah:

I grilled them on the lower rack, I think that was the problem:wah:

Most likely. Did you marinate them? That would keep them moist too. Gotta get that Gazebo Room dressing out woman!!

I couldn't find it at Giant. I even looked in the organic aisle. Nothing.:mad:

I know they used to keep it back by the deli/meat counter. Maybe they had some there??
