I enjoyed last nights dinner of CHICKEN FETTUCINI ALFREDO/LEMONY TOSSED GREEN SALAD/GARLIC BREAD/with a 2006 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN RIESLING.

We went to Chickie's & Pete's in South Philly and had mussels, lobster, roast beef sammies, burgers (there were 8 of us). Yummio:-4

Lamb done in the slow cooker with tomatoes, herbs,wine,garlic,onions,celery,carrrots etc and the meat fell off the bone.....with new potatoes cooked with lots of mint...cauliflower....cabbage....carrots and peas.......bleedin handsome;)

I'm fixing baked chicken breast but not sure what I'm going to do with them. Maybe BBQ'd or maybe chicken oregano, something like that. Also, homemade biscuits and gravy.
