Sounds good ducky! But I don't like my pork chops breaded. I just add lots of spices. Can you get Gazebo Room salad dressing in your area? It's wonderful for marinade!

Oh I've seen that. Really good, huh? The only problem with breading them is they stick to the pan! Maybe Italian dressing marinade. Gotta go with what I have, and it's getting slim.:wah:

Gazebo Room is DELICIOUS, both as a salad dressing & as a marinade! I use it on EVERYTHING! You should pick up a bottle of it. You'll be addicted! It's made by the owers of the Gazebo Room restaurant in Harrisburg. Used to be you could only get it locally at Giant, but now it's everywhere.

We have a Giant and they have ton's of organic foods. I think more than most stores. Although I don't buy my meat there, too chewy.

Hi Carol,

A panini is a grilled sandwich that has all sorts of spices, cheeses, olives, and meats on it. It's flattened out on a grill and it's yummy. I had my first panini in Dublin:-6

Made the pork chop dinner last night. But I broiled them instead of grilling them. Looked like it was gonna rain, but didn't.
