Last night we had Jambalaya with sweet sausage & shrimp. But tonight, I'm taking a page out of Sunny's book and doing soft tacos.:D

It so HOT :-6 here today that I doing a Chicken stir fry simple and easy. :D

Can I come to your house later on for some rigatoni....that's better than pretzels which I'm eating right now:-1

I really should get off my buns and cook up a storm:wah: Went to the store last night and bought tons of fresh spices, chicken, shrimp, spicy sausages and stuff for arribiata sauce.....It's sitting in my fridge calling me to come a cooking....but I'm not there yet.....maybe Friday:wah:

KathyEllen, you've got some real nice goodies that I want to eat in that fridge of yours. Don't you just love coming home after grocery shopping and you've got tons of food in the pantry:wah:and you think to yourself, "what should I make"?:D

Nope. But I have had pizza for breakfast. Love it the next day because it tastes better. Umm, think we will do that tomorrow night. :-4

No, no, no. We get this really good pizza that has the cheese on the bottom and the sauce on top and it's awesome the next day, plus you can freeze it, which I do and hide it in the freezer:sneaky:, so I always get the next few pieces.:D

:wah: So true, I think that when I spend too much time cooking I can't eat the food for a while....

I did cook lots of chicken though and froze it. This weekend I'll defrost it and make different concoctions such as my "Southern Comfort Chicken." This weekend I will cook the rest of the meat and add it to pasta, rice and spuds. Then I'll freeze everything for work nights.....

Miss it thought when I don't have anything tasty in the freezer:-6

Spicy chicken paninis with roasted peppers, olives, fontina cheese and fresh basil and cantaloupe with mash spuds and gravy.......berries and vanilla ice cream for dessert:-4

And later on I'll mosey on over the the Pubnutter and ask Mustang for a lovely "Blue Lagoon" before I hit the hay.....He's the greatest barman ever, and of course Hope is excellent with mixing new drinks:-4,

ended up with tilapia, was very good........made with whole wheat pasta and green beans......i'm on south beach 1st phase right now, so had to pass on the pasta.

I'm gonna be starting Weight Watchers on the 15th, so we went out & had a few drinks & lots of CARBS! Fries w/gravy, Cordon Bleu Balls, & chicken wings.

We are having my favorite pizza tonight. It's a little expensive but worth every bite, plus you can freeze it and have it for breakfast.:-4

EEWWW!!! I just could never eat pizza for breakfast! And especially cold pizza! Besides, when you try to nuke a cold pizza, it never reheats evenly. The middle always stays cold & hard.

I just put it in the little oven on the counter and heat it to 350 for about 10 min. Don't own a microwave anymore.:)

I was thinking of making hot dogs, sourkraut, & mashed potatoes, but I guess you have a point about it being cinco de mayo.... Not really in the mood for mexican.

I was going to make hamburger's but it's a baseball game tonight:wah:, so taco's seemed more fitting and besides I've got everything for them. :wah:

I may just make pierogis tonight (after all, it's just me) & get a roast out to stick in the crock pot for dinner tomorrow, with mashed potatoes & a veggie.

Tonight is another baseball night, but thankfully I'm not going to this game. So, we will have a nice flank steak on the grill, with red bliss potatoe patties and green beans.
