I am doing chicken cutlets with a non-tomato puttanesca sauce, basmati rice and asparagus steamed in olive oil & garlic. yum!

Last night I made Chicken Milano, pasta with fresh basil, sun dried tomatoes and crusty bread! Yummy!

This sound good. I love sun-dried to tomatoes, I will keep it in mind for another day. :)

I throw a can of tomatoes, olive oil and a bunch of veggies, left over meat, left over anything, whatever...with some cooked rice and bake it for 30 minutes or so...it's SO good! :-6

I may just pick some up on the way home. There is a place here that makes chicken and rice soup with saffron. it is SO yummy. Yep that's what i having!
