Gout ?

Either that or a bunion

Terminal gout or terminal bunionitis I should say

Im calling it "the widowmaker ailment"

Just carry on though ok ?

sorry if this sounds pessimistic but is your ailment LIFE in general...in which case yes it is terminal and quite a few doctors will tell you that

It could be an addiction to fast food

Hey that's a good one then it may or may not be terminal and the doctors really couldn't tell you until it was obvious.
