But Koan while you're here .....what's a mudpie? Kensloft told me to ask you.

Well, I'm sure I won't have been the first to tell you but... You aren't missing anything. When I think of all the good times that I've wasted having good times. (eric burdon and the animals)

perhaps this is one of those inside jokes that I am outside of...or he has mistaken me for someone else.

My only knowledge is the mud pies that we wrongfully consume as children...but it might be a mix drink somewhere too. ? ?

I don't know. We were discussing the strength of coffee and that in Canada people are into mudpies, I asked what it tasted like and was told to ask you which I promised to do when I figured out who you were.

Maybe a dessert coffee or something?

I thought that you had made mention of mudpies in a post and I was just funnin' with GAsunrise. Sorry if the humour got lost.

Does this mean I don't get to taste a mudpie?

I had visions of a chocolate coffee something, quite decadent.

Sounds delicious ... just put a pillow under the table for me, I'd be out cold.

That kind of mud helps us survive the cold winters in our little igloos up here.

I'm pretty sure I'd be a contender for the "cheap drunk" title. About a shot glass of liquor and I'm asleep.

We're in the midst of an ice storm down here, two days ago I had short sleeves on.

I had heard in the news that it was causing a lot of problems and some deaths were attributed to it. I had meant to ask you about that but... ? How are you faring with the weather?

You're right, it is warm down here. High today is supposed to be somewhere around 65.

As for the accent, I'm not quite as bad as Scarlette O'Hara but I have my moments. What does yours sound like?

I'm warm and snug inside my house but my lil one, who has been trapped inside today also, has said "Momma" about 12 million times.
