It's cold and cloudy in S.A. today, I'm making garlic roast taters and kielbasa served with french bread. Dinner is at 6! Bring beer! :D

Hmm I think I"ll probaly make chicken and dumplings since I didn't make it last night.

My chicken and dumplings are done. My bowl is cooling off. :D

Sorry Nomad, I'm done eating them. It was very good though. The dumplings were just right! Not to doughy and not too tough!

Havent had dumplings since I was a kid...thanks for the idea

Nope it's skinless chicken breasts boiled in chicken broth with carrots, celery and onion. When chickens done remove from the broth and set aside. Add can cream of chicken soup, and can of cream of celery soup. Shred the chicken add back to the broth. Bring to rolling boil, and drop the bisquits in. I usually pinch my bisquits in half.
