Sounds good Ducky....Tonight I think that I'll grill chicken for meals to be made during the week. Tonight I'll have a veggie, Bocca burger, hash browns, salad and green beans and carrots...

Left over stuffed shells...or maybe I'll freeze them & have a pork roast for dinner...yeah, I think "m going to go freeze last nights dinner & do the pork tonight...ok I'm off to go do some housework & season the pork roast.

been cutting out all fats, red meat and butter and I am also exercising daily.

lean cuisine and fresh cooked carrots.:D



rice krispie square for dessert just for the sweetness....a very low fat snack.;)

tons of water



just a few days........I feel much much better, no after dinner that normally makes me sleepy, no bloating and my clothes are looser already!:guitarist

Just off now to marinate some Rump Steak and gonna have it with Chips....Tomatoes....Mushrooms....Peas and Onions sliced and dipped in flour and deep fried....to die for:-4:-4Got Raspberry Trifle for afters but doubt I will have room for it:wah::D:guitarist

Yesterday night, for dinner, I had a Ceasar salad and pork lasagna. I washed it all down with three glasses of iced Pepsi.

I had some friends over after work yesterday Ducky. We ordered pizza and salad from the restaurant next door....yummy...washed everything down with chardonnay:wah:

Is it sunny or cloudy down there today? Partly up here & all that rain last night...which you go got today...but anyway, yes I love brekkie for dinner...tongiht is french toast & sausage...with nutella

We had a bit of rain last night and a bit today.....BUT, the weather channel said storms today.....what do they know:wah:



It was cold but lovely sitting out last night...had on 2 sweaters. We stayed out until the gnats arrived....yuk...west wind brought them from the bay:rolleyes:

No, don't use a breadmaker...I buy LeBus bread from the supermarket..its really crusty Italian bread & it doesn't go stale like those crappy breads you buy from the bakery in the supermarket....its very good with a bit of butter, garlic & parmesan cheese....:-4...there is my dinner idea for tomorrow night. Spaghetti & meatballs

Dinner was fab tonight with the french toast & sausage....and def. spag & meatballs tomorrow night....with that yummy Italian garlic bread...maybe a side salad.

I had Korean stir fried beef slices smothered in gravy over warm rice. For dessert, I had a banana and washed it all down with green latte tea.

Dinner plans changed....sirloin steak with garlic butter, potatoes & onions with seasoning & zucchini. Dessert is pumpkin cake.

Indian food ( Mataba -chopped beef in spices inside a crispy flour patty ) and fries smothered in ketchup

A very spicy meat salad with onions, tomatoes, herbs, thinly sliced meat in a lemony, sour dressing.

For dessert, chilled bananas in coconut milk cream.

Right now I'm making sweet sausage with cheese, basil and arriabiata sauce, onions, sweet and hot peppers. I'm not sure what I'll have as a side dish....I have home fries or could make home made fries. I'll also have a salad and ice cream with it if I don't burst first:wah:
