Well, if the flippin rain ever stops here, I'm going to grill and chill this afternoon. Plan to make grilled chicken and corn. Then, mix it up with a fresh hot and spicy salsa that I make. I'll add yummy romaine salad with lots of goodies, and have lava cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Naturally, I'll have pinot noir with dinner. Hmmmm...maybe I'll make my Mom's spud salad also...but I need to buy some spuds...too lazy go to the store now.:p

Early dinner at 4....all are welcome:-6:D

What is "tucker" and do you have a recipe for it?

Oh, on the Santana thing, they allowed NO REPRODUCTION OF ANY KIND nor did they allow smoking (on the beach!?) I saw some dudes smoking behind the stage, though. And I was talking to the percussionist & the drummer before the show and I snapped a pic of some of the guys.

Anybody got any lobster bisque or menudo leftovers?

:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl We posted at the same time. I guess great minds think alike:-6

:wah:Tucker is a catch all phrase that means "good food." They use it a lot in Ireland, UK and Oz. Darn...why no photos I wonder....bummer. Did you enjoy the music.

I gave up smoking years ago, but still miss it. I love to have a little, sweet cigarillo sometimes with my pinot noir...like a now:D. My favorite beach in Florida just banned smoking on the beach last year. I didn't have any place to smoke so I had no sweet cigarillos:rolleyes:

No lobster here, but tomorrow if I go swimming I'll try to catch one for you:)

The farthest I got to surfing today was on the internet:yh_rotfl. "Am going to bed soon...just getting back into the groove time wise. Quin passed out around 8pm...back to schedule for him. Hubs is completely exhausted and the rest of the bunch have all fallen into their old schedules...how do they do it? I had to drive John to go get his truck today...at 7:30am...came home, went shopping for food, and died on the sofa for 4 hours. And now, I'm just bascialy tired..normal.

It was grand Chons...I want to go back and see the other side...Eastern. We spent a load of time on the West...which was awesome, was looking forward to going to Dublin...Maybe next time. There were times that I would see places that reminded me of certain FG's...like the surf board instructor at Dingle...he had a little van loaded wiht boards and and the outfits you wear while going surfing..he was making out like a bandit on the day we went...you would love it Chons...you can park your car right on the beach and walk about a min. to the ocean.

And the ocean...to die for..the color of it differs from region to region...it's the color of aquamarine.
