Bacon, jacket potato with cheese and Baked beans...NO VEG:D

Dinner was a steak n cheese subway with all the salad....man it was nice:D

Oh how true! But it is ever so good, especially with an egg on top.

Funny to see it brought up here today as I just picked up a six-pack of hash this afternoon. I find it wonderful for any meal.....................

Dunno, and I'm hungry...haven't had ambition to cook. BUT, I bought a lot of stuff to cook up this week and then freeze....:D



Think I'll have another boca cheeseburger (grilled veggie one), salad, fruit, sherbet and some veggies....i can say that now....Lon is on a plane and he thinks we don't eat veggies:wah:

fry onions and mushrooms in butter till well done. add to boiled potatoes and a can of corned beef that you have cubed and mash together, transfer to a dish, dot butter on top and put in oven to brown for 40 mins, 10 mins before sprinkle some red cheese over the top, if preferred. Yum:D

Quite nice if you add some crispy bacon too:D
