Mmm, love the veggie one with some garlic, red hot peppers and oregano. I'm sending some boneless hot wings your way with celery stix and bleu cheese.:-4

This town is going insane! Phillies stuff everywhere. If they win tonight, the kids get off of school and we are all going to the parade downtown. Yeah baby!

Leftover "cabbage stuff". It's a dish I learned from a friend. You cut up bacon & cook it in a pot along with cut up cabbage. While that's cooking, you boil pasta (I use rotini). Drain the pasta & add the bacon/cabbage to it, along with the juices. Add soy sauce to individual servings.

YUM!!!

my shepherds pie creation was SO good, I'm going to have some leftovers for lunch. :yh_drool :D

tonight I'm making brats, beans and roast taters. :)

I made the cottage pie last night. Very popular. They kept going back for seconds. I'll have to make a bigger batch next time.

Using the crockpot today. Threw some carrots, potatoes, stew beef, onion soup recipe mix and a can of cream of Mushroom soup. Smells heavenly.:-4

Finally, we're having the same dish sorta except for the cauli & cabbage. Making leftover steak into a stir fry.

We ate off the food trucks this afternoon downtown in Philly. So it was fattening but with the amount of walking all over center city, I guess we walked it off. Lon will be so disappointed.:wah:

In honor of Lon I'm going to make a broccoli-zuchini-mushroom-pea-brussells sprout-corn-tomato-lettuce-spinach-cucumber-pepper-onion-garlic-carrot casserole. :wah: :wah: :wah:
