beef brisket in onion gravy slow roasted in slow cooker since early morning with mashed potato, cauliflower cheese and carrots and yorkshire pudding.

My daughters birthday cake for afters...

Chocolate cheeky monkey cake:D

My great nephew had that cake recently at his 2nd birthday, he was so despeerate for a piece and couldnt wait till everyone was ready to sing happy birthday, he pulled it to the edge of the table by the tablecloth and took a big bite:D:wah::wah:

Last night we had a shoulder of lamb slow roasted (easy when im working) in gravy with leeks,swedes,carrots and shallots served with chips.:p

we had mash the night before and roasters the night before that, were having baked spud tonight so we decided to have it with chips. Whats wrong with lamb,veg and chips with gravy anyhow ya daft ole bat:D

We had Gaetano's pizza. 1 large plain & 1 large half pepperoni/half sausage. Managed to get two slices in the freezer for brekkie.:sneaky:

How funny. I was always the cook in the crowd and have never eaten pizza cold. I would always heat up 2 slices for me or whoever was awake from the night before:wah:

MM cold pizza is the best!

When My best friends and i would have sleepovers n order pizza -and make guys bring the beer- we'd pass out and eat the cold pizza for breakfast! YUM! :D

Plan to grill tonight..dunno what yet...but there will be corn on cob with lots of butter and a very green salad with yummys....It is gorgeous at the beach this weekend:-6

Think I will make the veggie chili and grilled cheese, that I just posted on my "hot and spicy" threa, for dinner tonight instead. Grilled cheese sammy's are so comforting to me.
