I thought, as many others did that a rule was put in place to ensure that all posts we're primarily written in English after JJ started posting insulting posts in Afrikaans. As no such rule could be found I agreed to add one.

Given that we have at least three separate pages of rules I think we need to go through them and produce a single, unified, ToS page.
I also think that there should be at least a link to that page on the welcome e-mail sent to new members on joining.
Having written that last sentence I'm going to change my mind. I think it should go on the verification e-mail - along the lines of "here are the rules, if you agree to them follow this link to confirm your membership and the rules should be concise enough that we can dispense with the link and just have the rules (or a summary thereof) in the e-mail itself.

That says it all really if you're going to insult someone it's a bit pointless doing it in a language you know they won't understand. Don't really understand the urge to insult total strangers anyway.

I was just being facetious

I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Him Darn Sarf, obviously. I merely corrected your unpardonable [1] solecism.

Hmmm, what I thought was the route to access the verification e-mail turned out to be the welcome e-mail sent after verification has completed.
Does anyone know how to change the verification e-mail in vBulletin - damned if I can see it myself.
