I'm wildy impressed that the Mayor of Arras keeps a supply of bravery medals for moments like this. He must have been a Boy Scout in his youth.

Hats off to the heroic fellows who stopped the Islamist from massacring everyone in the carriage, and quite probably the rest of the train. They deserved a 'gong' for that!
