I really credit these civil rights leaders for not only doing the test but also being open and honest about the results. Folks are always saying that they would have reacted in a different way, when these news stories come out, but they can't really KNOW unless they have lived through the situation.

I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6

Sorry to keep on banging the same drum....but ...........if there is every possibility anybody may be armed, then options are limited......so....how has mankind advanced ?

Only in the methods of dispatching each other.

Reading who took the time to participate, I am impressed! I would suggest that lump which occupies the White House might do the same. Maybe him and his lackey Holder might learn something.

NAW, Just dreaming.

They have all the answers, Obama seeks more police training, avoids addressing Ferguson head-on

Nothing novel happened in Furgeson.

Problem wasn't police training. It was an uncivilized animal which died. Then the mob seeking freebies from their local merchant.
What happened to Kamala Harris' campaign?
She had the black vote all locked up.

Sounds about right to me.

Rather than increase the level of armament the Police already have, thus increasing the spiral of one-upmanship even further, I reckon investment in better body-cam technology would be more appropriate. That way they have a defence when they are in the right & disciplinary action may be taken when they are in the wrong.

I have a problem with all this.

Guilty without a body cam?

I think that kind of training should be required for every person who wishes to own a gun.
