Up to 20 years for stone throwers ?

Israel is planning to bring in up to 20 year sentences for protesters who throw stones.

Borrowing a phrase from John Lennon with apologies....."Are Palestinians the new Ni**ers of the world"?
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth
