I've been getting it since early May! Due to our extreme drought conditions

though, I only planted one. It's barely keeping up with me, but that's okay!

Today's lunch was grilled pieces drizzled with sesame oil, lightly sprinkled

with garlic salt, and then topped with coarse ground fresh Parmesan. So

yummy, I could eat it several days in a row!

Zucchini: An often over-looked vegetable. They're not very popular in Sweden but I don't know why. They're great! Even raw! But what currency is that coin? Is it a Mexican Peso?

I eat them raw, too HT.

The coin is what's called a 'Quarter' i.e., 1/4 of the American dollar.

Yes. They're good raw. I probalby wouldn't have thought they were good when I was a young boy (like spinach) but I like them now, even spinach! :)

Or is that just with Mint
