You Couldn't Make It Up....

Meanwhile In the Leafy Suberbs of England....

Imagine If you wrote a book... a Crime Thriller.... Now Imagine If you wrote this story line...

Your character ' Michael Wheatley ' Is a violent armed robber. So violent In fact, he has earned the nickname ' Skull Cracker '. and for good reason. In 2002, he was given not one but 13 life sentences. He raided 13 Building Society's and Banks while on Parole from a previous 27 year prison sentence.

Now Imagine If In your book, you wrote that Skull Cracker was not In a maximum security Institution but an Open Prison. Then you wrote that one day, he was allowed out of this Open Prison on day release to go shopping. Your character then disappears and Is now on the run.

You would be laughed out of the book publishing company building wouldn't you ?

But no folks... this Is not a chapter from a crap crime thriller but true.

'Skull Cracker' on the run prompts Government review of 'lax' prison system - Telegraph

Oh and just for good measure, police are advising the public not to approach him should we run Into him whilst going about our business.

You must be kidding! But apparently not by the article.

"Temporary release can be an important tool in helping offenders reintegrate but it should not be an automatic right,” OK...he has 13 years life sentence so when did they think he would need to reintegrate?

Yes in writing anything is possible and if one dreams it up there is no saying it won't happen. Who knew that Jules Verne's 1865 novel From The Earth To The Moon was proven possible in 1969, when Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon. The same goes for murder writes....the wilder the better!

It's all those gullible social workers he talks to about his 'issues' and his 'taking control of his life' at some stage.

He has convinced them he has 'turned a corner' ............................probably in Spain as we speak.
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth

God Forbid while he's on the run, he does not claim any more victims but....

In a perverse way, I feel like wishing him the very best of luck. In fact, If he turns up In my lane, I'll hide him In my loft and feed him.

Should he claim any further victims, It'll be the Leftie social workers who should be called Into question.

Letting him go shopping alone on day release Is a little like letting my boy dog off the leash... Inevitable that It'll end with you profusely apologising to someone for something.

I hope he does a Biggsy.... that'll teach them !!!!
