Police are investigating the discovery of a body

Police investigating the murder of a Derby woman have revealed she died from head injuries.

Mother-of-five Lisa Wood, 38, was found at her home on Campbell Street in Allenton on Tuesday evening.

Her father, Dave Wood, 68, has spoken at the loss of a third child. He said: "I can't explain how I feel."

His son Tracey, 33, died in a car accident in 2001. Daughter Lorraine, 44, took her own life 18 months later.

To lose 3 children all within 4 years - and in the most tragic of circumstances - how dreadful.....
