The BART employee seemed to handle as best she could,

trying to get the you woman to come in the booth, etc.

but it does seem to me that a lot more people could have

taken care of him a lot quicker!

I don't know if pepper spray or even a taser would have stopped him. There was a guy on I-5 in Seattle dancing around naked a few months ago. He was tasered and sprayed repeatedly by police and it ultimately took 5 of them to subdue him. He was said to be smoking pcp laced joints.
