5 million GoDaddy websites went down and in response to accusations of Anonymous responsibility they said "meh"

The outage only lasted for several hours.

Everything's fine. Carry on.

I'm sure it made the news because we're so used to the permanence of the internet it shakes reality to have... our reality disappear for more than three refreshes.
