Good lord. It's another garden person. There was always the risk.

ALOHA!!

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"

Back in the mid-90s when the w3c was mostly a mailing list there was much agitation about doubleyou doubleyou doubleyou dot being ten syllables. Hence, to an extent, the attempt to prefix sites doubleyou three dot instead and halve the effort BBC announcers go through day after day. My recommendation that the world drop the pronunciation doubleyou in that context and call it either wee three dot or wee wee wee dot was pretty well ignored by everyone. I still have hopes it'll catch on.
