Yes. Activities like this are disgusting. This person is most likely planning their next cruel act. Let's hope they meet a formidable foe sooner rather than later.

The disgusting thing is that they are "human" and makes the rest of us ashamed .

This is so sad. Poor little thing. I believe your right, people who grow up to do crime on others are said to abuse animals when they are young. Read that somewhere anyway.
