Recruiters getting desperate.

I saw this on the news tonight and was shocked. I'm glad the recruiters are being dealt with. Then again, I wonder if they weren't caught so publicly, would they still get reprimanded?

Why not just ask recruits, "Are you prepared to die in a foreign land. Answer "YES" ` ?!
