I want to open a wholesale flower business and want some suggestion about from where I have to start this business?

You need somewhere it's easy to grow flowers, and infrastructure to deliver them to your clients in populous areas..

You would likely want your business close to clients who have a need for fresh flowers on regular basis.

You don't say what country you are in. Over here you have pretty fierce competition to contend with.

The Channel Islands is a good place to build an enterprise like that. Or Kenya. Flowers are light enough to be sent to markets in bulk by plane and still make a profit.
