Just write a few sentences. How many it's up to you but hte first word must begin wtih the last word in the previous post. I'll start.

There was once a gypsy living on her own at the eastern edge of a town. It was dusk when it all happened. The moon just faded away.

The adrenaline started making her heart race faster, with the anticipation of an encounter with a bear.

Flowers did not hold happy memories for her. Their beauty never lasted, their petals would fall, their leaves go brown.

Brown was not her favorite color. It seemed to have no life. She much preferred Spring and Summer's brilliant pinks, yellows and scarlet.

Scarlet. That colour stopped her mind from wandering, searching for distraction and pretty things. The flowers wouldn't do now. Her imagination could not sweeten the smell in the atmosphere. The hairs on her neck began to bristle. Fear chilled her skin again and there was an awful electricity in the air.

Deep within her tightening chest walls her heart started pounding. Then she heard twigs crunching, snapping, leaves rustling and the sound grew louder and nearer.

Nearer and nearer still. It became clear as she turned around, she saw it, the source of the noise. She felt cold, very cold as it drew nearer to her. Her mouth watered, stomach rumbled. The man on the ice-cream van smiled at her.

Is life but a dream? the vendor replied, a screen on to which we project our hopes and fears and around which we weave our stories? Now, my lady, am I your hopes...or perhaps your fears?

Fears . . . Her fears were the things that she had hoped to hide from the rest of the world and perhaps from herself as well. Should she now strive for a better understanding?

Understanding little of the nature of men and just wanting some ice cream, she smiled and strolled over to the truck. She may regret this decision for the rest of her life.

Her eyes suddenly focused on the open window of the ice cream truck. She smiled with delight to see a huge banana split, made especially for her. All her regrets and doubts vanished at that very moment. :D

human it was not...if it was animal, it was one unknown to her. It seemed to overwhelm her whole being and she felt herself being lifted up by a strange and powerful force.

Time seem to stand still. There was no breeze in the air. There were no birds chirping or dogs parking or children laughing. She felt she was in a large room with just her and whatever was parked in front of her.

Movie she had seen only a few weeks earlier. But the smoke was not purple then. It was rather tinted blue unlike this one. The sound she heard. It sounded like, to her, a misfire of the engine. This took her right back to the time when she worked as an engine mechanics in the garage in town. The only garage intown it was. She thought back to the smoke again. Why purple? Wasi it that new engine oil? The one advertised to keep you engine run smoothly even if your engine broke down!!!? Yes, that was it that 0w 50 pink coloured engine oil. The same one that she used on her boss, the garage owner, who always gave her funny looks when she stripped the engine to pieces. His funny look every time she bent over to pick up the tools. But she should not really have done it. She now regretted her action. On the other hand, she thouhgt that was what he deserved. But would the police find out what happened?

She turned her attention back to the situation at hand. Somehow....

Home. With all the happiness it used to hold for her. Although it was a small carravan that she needed to share with all 15 members of her family, Her father, Mother, and her 12 brothers and sisters. The smell of her mother's cooking filled her nostrils. Again she was broght back to the carravan.
