Neverwinter Nights

Oh I know it has been out for awhile, but I have just aquired it! Plus the 2 expansion packs. I like the look of it so far. Has anyone played it? I am really liking this game! But it looks really involved. I am new to the computer rpg genre as I am used to ps2 etc. Any tips would be appreciated.
