Foods with Negative Calories

Foods With "Negative Calories" by Jon Herring

If one of your goals is to lose weight and reduce your percentage of body fat, you will have to learn to manage your hunger while consuming fewer calories. Eating smaller, more frequent meals will certainly help.

You should also load up on foods that satisfy your cravings without adding calories. In fact, some foods require more caloric energy to digest than the food actually contains. These foods will make your stomach feel full, while adding almost no calories to your diet.

Unfortunately potato chips and birthday cake aren't on the list. "Negative-calorie" foods include cabbage, celery, leafy greens, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and most other vegetables.

Funny, interesting and a probable possibility.
