Your dinner is in the cat!

Post by Mutley »

Have you ever planned a really nice meal for a certain time only for your other half to be so late it is spoiled?

Pork loin steaks with baby new potatoes, asparagus spears and grilled tomato, onion and mushrooms.

Now as dry as a whatevers thingy!

Sigh

I know it's not his fault. I work with him most days and the jobs can range from 4 hours to 12 hours depending on the whim of the client but it just pees me off when I go to this effort (very rarely to be honest) and it goes to waste!

One cat is enjoying the pork loins and the other stoopid cat is LOVING the asparagus!

Never mind - I have the pleasure of him having to cook for himself for 3 days next week when I am working at the Take That concerts (name dropping or what? lol)

I just BET he has take out EVERY night! :wah:

LOVE IT!

:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

The best thing is that I am working away for 2 weeks in July and he has asked me to cook stuff and freeze it for him! I am tempted to just buy ready meals but I know he will end up eating take out so I will have to spend days cooking for him before I go to Henley lol - or should I just leave him to fend for himself? :sneaky:

Nah! He is already overweight so I need him to starve a bit! :yh_rotfl
