chloe fletcher the little girl whose mother was yesterday accused of drowning her in the bath.
Four-year-old Chloe was found dead in bed by police who received a 999 call from a nearby phone box.
Her mum Laura, 22, was arrested at 1.45am on Wednesday. She appeared in court yesterday, charged with murder.
Fletcher was accused of killing her at their Wallasey home between April 26 and 30, and was remanded in custody by Wirral magistrates in Merseyside, to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on May 21.
Chloe attended Oakdale Nursery, where owner Karen Lane said: “In the short time Chloe was with us we knew her to be a happy, bright and cheerful girl.
“We are deeply shocked at this terrible news and are still trying to come to terms with it.
“I and all my staff feel a deep sense of loss.

what more can be said another child lost and another scumbag who will go to prison for some 10 to 15 years she,ll get whats coming to her inside but it wont bring chloe back.
once again another child who should have been protected by the system has been let down isnt it time to take a stand against murder there seems to be no value these days on a childs life yet like chloe they are an asset to be cherished
not abused and killed.
