It's now or never you guys. I have tried my best to sever my relationship with James and now it's truely over. I tried to talk to him about it and he's completely clueless about what it is that he has done to treat me wrong. I still can't believe how clueless he is. He's always making me think that there is a possibly that me and him could be together as a couple bullshit that isn't even true. All he likes is African American girls. When I'm with him he acts like he would rather be with someone else. Hes always flirting with other girls and showing interest in them in front of me. He obviously don't wantta be with me even though he tells me that. He's obviously not interested in me in that way. He probably never has. And it hurt you guys. He even got the nerve to accuse me of ****ing around with some guy at that guy's dorm and having that guy's baby as a way of joking around with me, WTF right? I deleted his number off my phone now all I have to do is ignore him when I see him in school, sounds easy to do, NOT.

you are in school, you only get one good chance at an education, you have the rest of your life to worry about relationships.

Get your head into the school books so you can have a great future and make the choices you want in your life.

It gets easier with time, Strongirl. It would also help if you found some kind of activity that you have an interest in. Anything would do if it absorbs your interest.

It's always hard to start with. But perservere, it gets easier as time passes. If thoughts of him sneak in, just bat them aside. You'll soon wonder why you were so absorbed by him.

Hey girl, you have done the right thing, he is trying to hang on because of stupid male pride, dont let him or it will just get worse for you if he thinks he can get away with that sort of thing. Take your life where you want it to go, your still young, so you have plenty of time to find someone else who will treat you right. Remember, when you find that someone, make sure they treat you the way you want to, and dont fall into the trap of thinking with just your head, the heart needs its say to

Strongirl, You did the right thing by breaking up with him. Flirting with other girls in front of you is a definite no-no in a realtionship where you care about the other person. If he really liked you, he would've shown more concern than that for your feelings. You deserve better than that.

I agree with the other posts here- study hard, hit those books- it will pay off in the long run.

I know that it's hard for you to forget about him so keep busy ( with activities that you enjoy and your studies). Being busy will keep your mind off of him.
