I agree with jwolf. The American basketball team was hardly our best.
I like the idea of the six-pack Olympics. I could enter! You should see me run the 8 meter dash to the free beer bar.

Bad dream team
I'm too young too totally understand the spirit of amauteur sport. To me professionalism means that the participants are totally devoted to their sport and will perform to their highest ability. For me- i can therefore watch great sport performed to a higher standard than that of the amauteur. A Joe pack olympics
would not sustain my interest knowing that their are other elite athletes who can provide me with a better competition, spectacle and entertainment.
