Bought a pkt of these that are Chinese Dry roasted & salted

Got them from Tescos, 500g bag for 99p

They taste similar to pistachio nuts.

They are extremely tasty and very nutritious:-6

well they arent low, cant say definate stats as I threw the bag away and tupperwared them but their lower than nuts. My kids loved them so its a healthy snack for school that nobody should have an allergy to:D

I love any kind of nut but steer clear because they're so fattening.

I'll check them out, it would be nice if they were low.

In tesco, they are with the bagged salted nuts etc..:D
