Is that the Federation of European Motorcycle Associations?

I belong to a member association - the Motorcycle Action Group and find them very helpful.

It depends.

If you were to throw your first born into the equation would it help or hurt the situation ?

Have you seen a return on the kid yet ?

If not do you anticipate financial rewards ?

If you dont expect the kid to pay off in the long run Id go ahead and offer him up as a component of the transaction.

They've lots of money to give away. If you've had losses for which you weren't insured they've the ability to repay your costs.

You're talking about a federal agency. Be meticulous and be prepared to keep lots of notes of who you talk to & what they say. Don't let anyone tell you they'll call you when they hear something; you have to keep control of the situation. The FEMA folks are like any other American workers - they mean well and wish well, but they're tied to a process and are probably overwhelmed right now. Don't trust that they'll remember to follow up.

Just general advice from a gov't employee. :)
