100 Nations Ban Cluster Bombs

What???? Today's CNN POLL asks "Should the U.S. Join 100 other Nations In Banning Cluster Bombs"?
I don't know about you, but this struck me as dumb, dumb, dumb, unless I am missing something. Is it because of the potential threat to civilians? Is it because we may maim and cripple the recipients of the bombing? What about Napalm, Incendiaries and every other kind of bomb. How about banning War?
Who the hell comes up with this stuff?

Who the hell comes up with this stuff?
Third world countries who don't have cluster bombs but still want to raise hell and not have to worry about them.

Personally I think the cluster bombs are pretty neato.

Yup, what we should really be doing is banning and getting rid of all those dispicable little despots (but not Nomie
;)) who cause the wars in the first place.

News flash- South Sukistan just announced if cluster bombs are not banned, it will resume test firing it's new arrows and spears with explosive tips. Where will it ever end?
