Where exactly should I post this?

This might be a dumb question, but I'll ask it anyway: I decided to make a political thread, but I am not sure about which political (sub?)forum would be the correct one. Basically I want to tell about my ideal political system(As in what kind of system it would be, what laws it would have and so forth).

Could someone help me?
