Hi There
Chuckle. Hi BobStew. It's rather nice, isn't it, being met by a horde of gorgeous girls when you turn up! Course, it happens to me all the time...:p:D
The crowd: "Yes! We are all individuals!"
Lone voice: "I'm not."

Hi There
I make a pretty good stew.
Lots of flavor and moist tender bite sized morsels of chuck roast.
One of the tricks is in sauteing the veggies and beef with olive oil, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper prior to putting the lid on for simmering. Another trick is in using chicken and beef stock for the liquid.
I hope we can talk about stew again.
This has been really great.

Hi There
Sorry for not posting earlier but the weekend got in my way
I didn't expect that many lovely replies to my introduction, elephants, flowers, a recipe for stew. It's hard not to like it here.
Not finding a topic here is a pretty good indicator that it doesn't exist at all, I agree on that one.
