19 yr old student claims he will be hanged in iran for being gay if deported home

hello and welcome.

here is something i picked up on sky news this morning.

19 year old student medhi kazemi claims he will face percecution and hanging if he is deported back to iran because he is gay.

he claimed his boyfriend named him as his lover before being executed and this is the reason why he should not be deported.

what a load of twaddle ive heard some excuses but this is a classic.

hes even got the court of european rights in strasbourg discussing his case and they will then lean on the government not to send kazemi home.

this is another case of an illegal immigrant milking the system to avoid deportation.

if kazemi is allowed to stay how many more immigrants will come out of the closet

and claim to be stoke on trent while every shirt lifter and poof activist group will climb on the back of kazemi's case (forgive the pun) and bleat loudly about if hes sent home luvvy he will be hanged.

the loony liberals will love this one they too can add to the bleating bleeding hearts brigade and plead his case.

i say send kazemi back to iran where he came from i personally dont think he would be in any danger.

and not bend over backwards (oops another pun) to the loony liberal gay and lesbo brigade,

Wow! Its been a while since I have read a thread that was so obviously put together with the sole intention of aggravating, and looking for a fight :wah:

the real issue here is illegal immigrants using excuses to avoid deportation and they know that the loony liberals and gay activist comunity will back them up in a bid to stay here also is there are immigrant advisors who probably put this idea forward to help him stay.

if he is allowed to stay it will open the floodgates for others to use the same reason to claim asylum.

Honoured Chair, member judges of the European Court of Human Rights, allow me to summarise the case for rejecting this frivolous application.

If the applicant is pretending to be gay in order to avoid deportation to Iran his application should be rejected.

If the applicant actually is by some chance gay his deportation to Iran for summary execution would be not merely be perfectly just but also extremely desirable and accordingly his application should be rejected, the fewer gay people (present company excepted) remaining at large the better.

If, as appears to be the case, the applicant before you is a foreign chap not native to our island shores then his application should be rejected on principle to discourage other outlandish applications to this court (pause for polite laughter), foreigners (if your honours will allow me the liberty) being well known for disrupting Her Majesty's harmonious pleasure.

Yes, this chap is obviously a bounder of the highest order, so you should send him packing with them Euro-Gypos from the shanty town near Leeds from the other thread, you could hire out the QE2 for a week to send em packing. Alternately you could just stone him to death yourselves in Hyde Park. It would serve as an excellent example for the British homo's (apparently there are loads of them) not to get too uppity in the future.

I do agree that Britain (or any other country for that matter), should not be allowing foreigners to stay just to avoid laws in their own country - even if we do not agree with those laws. And yes, I imagine, that should this young man not be deported, there will be a flood of Iranians 'coming out'.

Pssst .... next time try to stick to the point and not allow your own prejudices to cloud the real issues up for debate :-6
