Road of Success!

Post by kankiwali »

There is a famous saying that in the road of success there are lot of tempting parking places, when I was a student I read this and used to say what a crap, but as life kept going I experienced that really there are a lot of tempting parking places which don’t lead you to the road of success but the road of destruction. This is just a thought of what I would like to tell others via a story or may be a small article. But, I find it difficult to place this on the net on a good platform which will also let me know other peoples thoughts on life.

Can anyone suggest me a good place?

Road of Success!

Most folks who want to be successful set a goal.

For example, someone wants to be a teacher, So they graduate high school, get a summer job, then off to college. Car keeps breaking down, many classes are missed, finances are running low, so they drop out of college. Then, they meet someone and decide they want to get married. And have children. So the goal of becoming a successful teacher has been foresaken.

But..........as a parent you are a teacher. You don't draw a salary, but you are still participating in that vocation.

Ofcourse, the opportunity still exists in time to go back to college, graduate and teach. If that is what they still want to do.

Is this what you mean?

Just let life happen. Explore as many side roads as you can. All the wealth and fame you can accumulate won't buy you another minute at the end anyway.

It depends on how you view each interesection on the roadway of life. All ways do not lead to destruction, but another experience. Some are good, some are not so good.

I think of AC with All's comment, he waited many years to become a teacher, and he did it. Parents are teachers, all their lives. That is one of the bonuses of having them. :-4

Sometimes we must wait for things we want, or they change over the decades. You must not view it as a negative thing, or examine why you think of it in this manner.
