And had a blast with our Grandson & his family for the last 10 days. During their visit with us here in the Sunshine state, from their Snowy & Icey Kansas City MO state!

Man, the time flys bye so fast when we all were having so much fun!!! Well, sadly for us, they returned home late last night, so I'm back.:wah:

Nomad, where did you live in Florida...I love Sarasota:-4 and hope to move there one day.....maybe......can't take the ice storms and gray skys anymore....

Hi all, yes it's good to be back here, & able to "relax" a little again!

Our Grandson loved it here in Delray Beach, as he met up with several of his friends that he used to have here, until he & his family moved to MO last August. So it was great for him as well as us all going to Boomers, Chucky Cheese, Beach, Pool, playground, etc.

Still somewhat sane now, you know how those 4 year olds can really run you ragged day after day. They never seem to get tired, but we all did have a ton of fun continually, day after day! It was an awesome great time for all!!!

That really sounds like a great family get together, Cars!!! Come and put your feet up now and take a break. Hi Theia - I promise to bring tlw back safe and sound - but for today he's gone skiing with me. It pelted snow here at Steamboat Springs, CO the whole of yesterday and today there should be some great powder.

I'm new here, so Hi Cars. I see you are from New England in the summer. Also, I was laughing at your description of 4 yr olds. I have a 6 yr old that I couldn't get to stop sledding on Friday. Yes, they have a ton of energy!

Yep our daughter that lives in New England was complaining about the 9 inches of SNOW they got that made the driving a nightmare. But her daughter (our 13-3/4 year old granddaughter) loved it as they got the day off from school!

9 inches of snow - I wish! We had about 3 and they missed school. Where I'm located just outside of Philly, we always get the rain and so the snow is a treat. Less aggravation for me snow wise.:wah:
