what's your favorite way to eat leftovers?

any recipes on what to do with all that turkey??

we're lazy and just usually do sandwiches or salads. :-6

Some of us like turkey and mayo sandwiches but I like my turkey (white only) on a plate with lots of salt. And I am the one who polishes off all the stuffing too.

turkey gravy and waffles!! YUMMMMMM

After I've had umpteen turkey sammich! (I'm with Red on the WHITE meat ONLY...btw!)

Turkey cassarole.
