Thanksgiving leftovers??

what's your favorite way to eat leftovers?

any recipes on what to do with all that turkey??

we're lazy and just usually do sandwiches or salads.

Some of us like turkey and mayo sandwiches but I like my turkey (white only) on a plate with lots of salt. And I am the one who polishes off all the stuffing too.
