Cop question

I was sitting in the back seat of a car and it got pulled over, and the car didn't smell or anything, but yet the officer used the dog without permission or reason, was that right? because i got busted and i want to protest it, it was in MA. We got pulled over for an inspection sticker. What do you guys think?

What did you get busted for? Being in a place where marijuana was being

used? Who was using, the driver? You say there was no smell but

maybe there was... maybe it was red eyes or blown pupils of the

driver, just about anything.

Unfortunately, don't do the crime if you can't do the time. I'd

lawyer up if I were you.

the car didn't smell because we hadn't smoked yet, we weren't high. Also we were going onto an on ramp to the highway. (Not a drug area). There is no time due, i just have to do 20 hours community service and goto a meeting for drugs or something stupid. you think this will stop me? Never, it will be legalized sometime, and i will be waiting. I got busted for in position of class D.

I don't think you are gonna get much sympathy Cartman....

This is similar, but thankfully not exactly like the time my son got pulled over for speeding.....which is my question...were you speeding? Because, to my knowledge they don't stop you for "smellin' funny"

My son looks like your typical drug/rock-star guy, he is skinny, really long blonde hair and at the time was driving a Accura that was really low to the ground....he got pulled over for doing 78 in a 55...at 1am....he got mad because the cop patted him down and looked for signs of drinking and drug use.......and at first I was upset too....and then it hit me....HE was breaking the law, the policeman has every right to check him out for drugs....like someone said...don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
